1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Korvis AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You may use Korvis AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the platform's operation.
3. Marketplace & Developer Terms
Developers who publish AI products on the Korvis AI Marketplace agree to our Developer Agreement. Korvis AI retains a 30% platform fee on all marketplace transactions. Developers receive 70% of all revenue from sales and subscriptions, paid monthly.
4. Intellectual Property
Korvis AI and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including software, design, and content. You retain ownership of your business data and any AI products you create. By publishing to the marketplace, you grant Korvis AI a license to display and distribute your products.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
